Preliminary Call for Papers

The 7th International conference on Neural Networks and Artificial Intelligence (ICNNAI'2014) will be held during 3-6 June 2014 in Brest, Belarus.
SESSIONS
Conference comprises of three categories of sessions.
- INVITED TALKS
- To be announced
- We are still negotiating with prestigious researchers for their stimulating key-note talks.
- SPECIAL SESSIONS
- The organization committee has already plan the following two special sessions.
- Maintanace of forrest by information technology.
- How we know this machine is more intelligent than that?
- We call for proposals of such special sessions.
- Get your special session proposal early so that you have enough time to advertise for your special session and attract enough papers to run the session.
- PEER-REVIEWED CONTRIBUTIONS
- This session is arranged in a single track expecting hot interdisciplinary interactions. Each talk will be assigned 15 or 25 minutes according to the presenter's choice. Each follows 5-10 minutes of discussion.
- SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- All papers must be submitted as PDF.
- The submitted paper has to be substantially new research which has not been published previously.
- Submission should be no longer than 8 pages.
- Papers should be submitted by May 1 2014 via Easy-Chair (See below).
- By submitting a paper, the authors agree that, if their paper is accepted, they will prepare a camera-ready version in accordance with the changes requested by the reviewers by the deadline for camera-ready papers.
They also agree that at least one author will attend the conference and present the paper.

- REVIEW
- The program committee will select papers to ensure the sessions have academic quality as well as interesting and inspiring for the attendees.
- All submissions will be blinde reviewed in terms of quality, impact and relevance to the area of Artificial Intelligence by Neural network.
- Therefore, the paper must not contain any references that would identify the authors. That is, make your submission anonymous by removing all references to the authors.

For submission as well as review procedure we use EasyChair. So, all authors need to have an account in Easychair in order to submit the paper.
If you used EasyChair after the 9th of January 2007, then you already have such an account. If you do not have an EasyChair account, create your account by visiting at

- DEADLINE
- The likely submission papers due will be 1st March 2014.
- Following Notification on mid March and Camera-redy due on early May.
REGISTRATION FEE
- Registration is only on site. Registration fee is 150 Euro.
SOCIAL EVENTS
- Besides those sessions above, we plan the following two social events.
- Gala dinner
- 4 June 2014 (After all the sessions of the day.)
- An excursion to the forest which they say the biggest one in Europe.
- 6 June 2014 (After the last morning sessions).
- Belarus is a land of fairly well-kept secret. In this lovely wonder land, with luck, you'll find something that could not be discovered elsewhere.
