You two are just POST GRADUATE STUDENT, are you not?

I could not find who are your supervisor in the paper
submitted both from you.


Both of you intentionally avoided our review session
by our Internatinal Committee. 

Who, on earth, could be responsible for the content of
these two papers?


Even Anatoly from Ukraine who is a Professor and our long term friend
sumbitted asking "              " in the same situation of 
NO-REVIEW-AFTER-DUE while you two  -just a second year post graduate
do doctor degree just submit declring "               "
in addition, with only your name as an author. Damn you!.

(Larisa's and Svetlana's are no problem. I don't care 
Vladimir is garantteed)

I could close my eyes to the fact owing to your efforts
as a local committee member, but alas, after seemingly 
acceptance of the camera-ready of you two, you haven't 
cooperate by keeping sirence. 


I guess, or at least hope you both have not read my
massage assking someone a favor. Nevertheless, IMHO, 
those two papers would not deserve for our proceedings.
