Owing to your great cooperation, we are now almost ready to print the BOOK VERSION of ICNNAI-2010 proceedings. Thanks a lot.

We are now planning an ELECTRONIC VERSION of the proceedings as well. Hopefully we deliver it to you before the opening of the conference, mainly for the purpose of  making discussion in the session active.

So, we'd appreciate it if you'd take your time to submit your final version once again via EasyChair. We tried to make it by ourselves, but maybe due to EasyChair's concern on authors' copyright, it was not allowed.

It will be sufficient. if you upload your already submitted camera ready. Or, you might further refine it and then upload. No page limit within a common sense. It would be very kind of you if you'd make it by Saturday, the 22nd of May at midnight, then after sorting them out, we will announce how to download it on 24th -- one week before the opening.

We also preparing for the program of the conference now. As shown in the CFP each talk in the normal session will be assigned 15 min or 30 min.

Default assignment will be 15 min for talk and 5 min for discussion. If you prefer 30 minutes talk and 10 minutes discussion, please let us know by the15th of May at midnight.

We plan to open the conference Call-for-Participation page linked to the conference program on 15 May -- 15 days to go!

As for having asked your favor about (1) in my previous e-mail to you, it was my misunderstanding, your paper has automatically uploaded to the proceeding page in EasyChair. The e-mail was just for notification to the authors.

So, NO NEED TO UPLOAD IT ONCE AGAIN. unless you want to further refine it.

Just reply about (2) only in case you prefer 30 minutes talk.
