Essentially this is a good paper from a view point of originality. 

However further proofread would be necessary. English is not a high quality one. Also it should follow a format as a scientific article. For example, variables, equations in the text should be italysized. Reference should be according to the order of appearance in this style, not alphabetical order of authors.

Reference list should be consistent with each other. For example [9] is not a book of this title, is it?. Then which number of Lecture notes in Springer, and which pages?
