Even if this submission is unique, though reviewer doubts it, it cannot be accepted to be appeared in the conference proceedings. Author should learn, among others, how a scientific article should be. For example, LEACH is explained for the first time in section II after a couple of appearances without explanation. Due to the lack of such a very basic knowledge, reviewer was not able to understand what the author claims. Abstract is not understandable at all. Keywords are not appropriate, but too general, like energy, threshold. Incorrect English is ubiquitous.
