Basically this is a good paper but it might be better if the followings are considered.
(1)
Integration of multiple models into one unified model is not a particular idea but rather a popular one. Then how the readers can know the proposed integration of Five Forces and SWOT is original and unique? The same holds the DSS on the MinEDec.
(2)
By the way the reviewer wonders why the author never shows what SWOT stands for, while others are are all shown? Anyway Do not use acronym without explanation in Abstract.
