First of all, author should proofread before submit the paper. Careless and significant mistakes in English are ubiquitous. This paper looks more like a first draft never proofread. Look, section Acknowledgement is still empty.

Do not use the term like [ack]. This is too informal. 
(3)
Survey is not enough. So many reports have been published in this topic, but only a couple of not 
important ones (those of landmarks) are cited. As such, reviewer cannot judge the paper is unique and original work of the authors.
