Thus I found that there exists so many successful report concerning "agent-based modeling/simulation." In my humble opinion, authors of this paper failed to summarize these recent results. Also failed to show how the proposal is unique and how it would contribute to improve the current stage of safety culture. Also the followings might be pointed out: (1) English expression has not been well refined. (2) Those papers in Reference should be according to the order of appearance in the text. (3) Figures are not easy to understand. What are filled and empty circles in the Fig. 1?
