Good paper, but still authors should proof read
a couple of times. E.g. (1) both "rough set theory" and 
"rough sets theory" are used, and reviewer recommend 
the former; (2) "Basing on" is usually "Based on"; and 
(3) "(see 10) is ambiguous -- equation (10) ore
