Topic is very interesting. But survey in Introduction is not good. For example, although the authors wrote "a new algorithm," the paper fails to show how it is new. Before describing proposed method it should be clearly shown how the method is unique among other those so far proposed.

Expression in English is quite good but still necessary to proofread carefully. For example "miningful" might be "meaningful." Also variables in the text should be italicized.
