Who are we and what are of our interest?
Brest State Technical University (BSTU):
The bellow listed are the member and his/her specialty, if any,
at the moment when we kicked off our research projects
with an aim of applying it to Brussels (INTAS).
(Alphabetical order of family name without title.)
- Sergey Besobrasov
- artificial immune system.
- Akira Imada
- evolutionary-computations, neural-networks,
spiking-neuron, associative-memory, Hebbian-learning,
synaptic plasticity, non-linear-dynamics,
dimension-reduction, NP-hard-combinatorial-problem,
cognitive-science, and recently, application-of-our-
immune-system-to-computations.
- Andrey Kiris
- evolutionary-computations, neural-networks,
cryptography, stegonagraphy, chaos.
- Svetlana Lavrentieva
- programming neural network for
researching chaotic system.
The followings are the list of our new young member (I don't mean the above are old though)
and his/her self-introduction if it was sent to us. (The-first-come-first-listed-order)
- Dmitry Kamenda
-
I've been getting
into the neural networks intrusion detection methods (anomaly and
misuse detection) since last year. That was the topic of my term paper
last semester and it's being continued till now.
- Dasha Mendel
-
I am Dasha Mendel. During last 3-4 months I used to study Iterated
(and non iterated also) Prisoners Dilemma.
Genetic algorithms to solve PD&IPD, to evaluate strategies and so on -
this is a topic of my degree work.
- Evgeni Ledak
-
Let me introduce myself: my name is Evgeni Ledak and
I'm studying on the 3rd course of BSTU.
I would like to attend the seminars of your group as a
"free listener", but I have never encountered a problems, connected
with artificial intelligence. Because this topic became interesting to
me several weeks ago.
- Vasilly Shut
- Combinatorial Optimization such as Traveling Salesperson Problem using, e.g.,
Artificial Ant-colony Algorithm (AAA).
