First of all, please forgive us that this stylefile is somewhat of an old one.

Nowadays, cls-file is used instead of sty-file.

The style-file is the one from IEEE. So you might use a later version of sty/cls if necessary by adjusting it so that the result looks same as the attached PDF sample.
